The service
Packs are estimating aids made from aerial, street-level and 3D imagery and public records. You, the contractor, verify every measurement on site and own all pricing, scope and the customer relationship.
Accuracy and remakes
If any measured quantity is off by more than 5% and you tell us within 14 days of delivery, we correct and reissue the pack.
Delivery
Residential orders received by 1:00 pm in your time zone on a business day are delivered the same day; later orders by noon the next business day. Commercial: within 1 business day.
Pricing and payment
Paid service, details on request. Pricing and payment terms are provided in writing before you order.
Liability
Our total liability for any pack is limited to the fee you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Illinois law governs.
Privacy
We collect only what you send us to fulfil orders: your contact details, branding, rate card, the addresses you order and any photos. We use it only to build your packs and bill you. We do not sell or share it. Order files are kept for 12 months, then deleted; ask any time and we delete sooner. Email john@exteriorquotepros.com.
If we email you about the service, every message includes an opt-out. Reply "stop" and you will not hear from us again.
